I've had a white zin going since sept 1, I guess my question is how long should i left that rest, I've racked it once after it appeared primary fermentation was complete, and i'm probably going to do it again this weekend. Please let me know if I have not racked it enough in the last 2.5 months. and again whats the standard age to bottle for white zin as I can't find it online anywhere.
Primary: Pumpkin Pie
Secondary: Woods Pail Cider
On Tap: Woods Pale Ale, Double Citrus IPA, Blitzen Ale
