What's the longest I can leave my brew in the primary? It's been in there for 8 days I won't be able to put in secondary until tomorrow. Is this okay there is a bubble like once every 3 minutes and it's been that way since Saturday.

It'll be fine. Most people try for anything between 3-14 days.

I left a brew in the primary for 34 days once and it won Best of Show and Best of Style.

What part of Jersey are you from? I'm originally from Camden, but I lived all around there and eventually ended up in Atlantic City before the Army.

Been around there, but not in town that I can recall. I also used to live in Monmouth Cty. I visit Picatinny/Dover/Parsipanny are once in a while.

Gaelone (a member here) lives NW of you.

Later. Bill

Is that the Union exit? It's west of there.
