I know I've seen a thread or 10 around here somewhere for how to convert a chest freezer to a cooler for lagering. Does anyone know where it is... and can it be stickied maybe?

We just use a Ranco temperature controller. There's another brand, but I can't think of its name. I use a Ranco.

Also search on "collar". It may get you closer to where you want to go.
