It was really good... it is, as staed in the tasting notes... Light, refreshing and crisp.

The flaked corn is what makes it a cream ale...

I brewed it once last summer, it was a great beer, have no brewed it since with all of the remodeling of the HERMS and getting my seasonal beers out.

Try it!

I do one really similar to this...that was born out of "what i had hanging around". Went like this:

7.5 2 row
1.5 flaked corn
.5 carapils
.5 biscuit

Hopped it with 1oz 3% hallertauer at 60 and .5 of 4% saaz at 30 and 5.

Had corriander, smashed the snot out of an ounce and chucked it in at 8 mins.

Half ounce of sweet orange...in at 5.

The yeast on hand happened to be WYEAST Kolsch. So I have no clue what I made, but I've made it twice and its damn good.

This is a good beer guys... great beer for those who dont like "homebrew".
