Well, I brewed up a batch of apfelwein 4 weeks and 2 days ago. I used brown sugar and have been noticing slight clearing but not much in the past couple of days. I was wondering if its OK to keg it up now.

Im also currious how to carb it? just like beer? dont carb? ( I would be force carbing)

On Tap: [Bell's Two Hearted] - [American Amber] - [Dark Chocolate Stout] - [Citra Pale Ale] - [Amarillo IPA] - [Belgian Strong Dark]

If it were me I would wait until it was clearer.... but if you need the fermenter, its probably fine.

I just carb mine like beer. Some people leave theirs flat and bottle it as such. I dont know how to keg it flat? Maybe some dancing with the regulator every time you want a pint. I let mine sit for at least 2 months but you can do whatever. It's pretty resilient stuff. What's your FG?
play the bass, brew the beer

What's tappening? :D
