Default What to do for winter?

Ok, I have a few vines that are all dead now after a frost..

Should I just let them hang out and decompose? Or should I cut them down?

Cut them. Compost and mulch the mounds and let em sleep through winter.

Maybe check the soil pH and amend as needed.

Cut the bines off at the ground and compost or burn.
