Default Dry Sparkling Mead

This mead has been in the bottle for three months.
Tonight was the first tasting. before shipping for Christmas baskets begins.
Damn. Pop the cap and it smells like you just opened a big jar of honey.
It is smooth, really smooth. One glass just leads to the next. You are full speed headed to before you realize you just drank the whole bottle.

This one goes into the success column.

Ginger, how long should I boil these crab legs for? I want them to fall off the bone just like Texas pork ribs. - Ace Club

I used a Wyeast mead with this batch.

It worked well.
