House pale ale is still a work in progress. The current recipe looks like:

4# 2-row
4# Maris Otter
1# Munich
1/2# Crystal 40
1/2# Carapils

1oz Centennial FWH (60)
1oz Cascade 15
1oz Cascade 5
1oz Amarillo DH

My other house beer is BierMuncher's Helles Belles. Speaking of which, I need to brew another batch! I can't get enough of that stuff!

The Third one in from the left....First in from the right...What ever comes out today is the house special. If it's good it'll only be there for a few weeks, if it's not so great, it'll be gone in a few days. Help yourself...It's the house beer!

I keep an amber ale that started as Austion Homebrew Supply's version of Fat tire & morphed into my own House Amber. Tap or bottle, your choice it's always here.

I also keep an american pale ale courtsey of Asheville Homebrewing Supply around. On tap or in the bottle 12's, 500mL's, or 22's, your choice.

cheers.
Zac
