As a Texan, you can't be a Real S.N.O.B.
Remember one unassailable statistic, as explained by the late, great George Carlin: "Just think of how stupid the average person is, and then realize half of them are even stupider!"

"I would like to die on Mars, just not on impact." Elon Musk

You're a beer snob, but I'll qualify it with the statement that it's all relative. To those guys definitely; to some of the more prominent members here, not so much. I for one think it's perfectly reasonable to ask the guy not to spin or tilt the bottle, but I'd probably just put it in the fridge for a few days and drink it later, rather than show my friends how gay I am for properly cared for beer.
On Tap: American Barleywine, English Bitter, Irish Red Ale, Pumpkin Spice Ale
Brewing: English Bitter, Hopped-up Amber
Up Next: Old Ale, West Coast IPA
