Ok so I managed 6 bottles and just over half a keg from my first ever AG brew, now the keg has been fully primed with the sugar so over the next few weeks it should produce its own CO2, however, as you can see from the picture below it is just over half full. Should I consider topping it up myself with some of the CO2 bulbs or should I just allow it to carbonate naturally?

I'm all for purging with CO2, but I don't know how that works out with bulbs and that setup.

Because you only have a partial keg, the CO2 has to fill the head-space and carbonate the beer. You'll have under-carbonated beer. I would pressurize the keg.

It allows me to inject CO2 from these small bulbs into my keg, I do plan on getting an S30 valve thingy at some point in the future, but for now this is my best option.
