I think I may have a bacterial infection in a kegged bitter I just brewed. It wasnt sour when I started pulling it from the tap, but I think maybe it got infected post hook up? does anyone have a way to tell exactly whats going on inside my keg or what I should do (besides leave it)
Primary:Zach and Jack's African Amber, Lil Sparky's Nut Brown
On Tap: Fire In the Hole Red Ale, Sixpoint Righteous Ale
On Deck:Centennial Blonde, Amarillo Cream Ale

Open the keg and look to see what the top of the beer looks like. You might have floaties, bubbles, or icebergs.
