I think this will be a winner. Based off an Alesmith IPA clone.

Recipe Specifications

I live in San Diego. This is only really about 75 IBUs all said and done. The monsters around here are usually a lot bigger.

So I have to say that even 6 days in, this is a killer IPA. It won't be dry hopped until next week, but this beer is going to rule.

1.074 and nearly 90 IBU's. That's pushing Double IPA range isn't it?

But whatever you call it, I'll bet it's tasty.
