I even wrote on the request sheet separate and crushed. But, instead I got all my stuff in one bag. What can I use this combination of grains for?

10# 2-row 53%
5# Vienna 26%
2# Bisquit 10%
2# Caramunich 10%

I was going to use this stuff with some other grains to do a dubbel and an amber. Maybe I can do the dubbel w/o belgian 2-row, add some special b to what I have? With the leftovers I could do some kind of beligan strong dark with more munich/40l/choc/specB??

Any suggestions are welcome... pleeeasseee.... I gotta brew something tonight and this kinda ticks me off. But, with HBT's help, I will make awesome beer!!!

It would cost me more to drive there and back in gas than these grains even cost

I'd still at least call. They might give you store credit to use on your next purchase at least.

For the rest of it, you might consider adding some chocolate & Black Patent for a big toasty Porter.

How are you scaling it down if the grains were all mixed together??

Unscientifically. I mixed the crap out of them in a plastic container so hopefully each grain is evenly distributed throughout. Then I multiplied each grain in the mix by .4. Added those numbers together and that was how much mixed grain I used. I'm sure it's not the best way, or even close to the right way, but I want to use the grains and don't have the equipment to use it all at one time..
