Default Priming sugar mishap, will it carb?

Priming sugar... I had 4.25 gallons so used about 4.25oz of priming sugar. And spilled maybe a third of it. Is my beer going to undercarbonate? I heard it overcarbonates if you leave too big of a gap and undercarbonates if you leave too little, so I'm thinking there's a little tolerance in the process maybe?
