Yeast: White Labs California Ale   
Additional Yeast or Yeast Starter: 2 vials   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.055   
Final Gravity: 1.010   
IBU: 45   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7days @ 68f   
Additional Fermentation: 7 days keg conditioned while being force carbed   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14days @ 68f   
Tasting Notes: Ever have Moose Drool? Up the aroma and flavor hops and you'll be spot on.   

Mash at 152 for 60min. I had 70%eff
American two-row Pale Malt: 8.65lbs
Carapils: 1.30lbs
Crystal 40: 1.25lbs
Chocolate: 0.60lbs
Flaked Barley: 0.50lbs

Northern Brewer (Pellet) 0.8oz 60min
Cascade (Pellet) 1.0oz 30min
Cascade (Pellet) 0.5oz 10min
Cascade (Pellet) 0.5oz At flame out

This one receives an average of 36 points in competition. If you up the late hop additions you should have a 40 point beer on your hands. As is I would describe this as an Americanized English Brown Ale.
This beer got 3 of 10 at 8 Seconds of Froth
and 3 of 21 at the Colorado State Fair
