Default timing question - hope someone is here!!

Timer went FUBR in mini mash - is it better to go to long or to shour in a mini mash ???

I would think 10 minutes to long is better then 10 to short.

yeah, more time will not hurt, less time could cause you not to get full conversion though.
No matter how much money you THINK you are saving by brewing beer, you are still just pissing money away
