No problem, in fact a full boil is a superior way to go. The only downside is you've got a lot more hot wort to cool down quickly, instead of being able to add chilled top-off water. If you've got an immersion chiller, no worries.
Also be advised that you'll get higher hop utilization with a full boil. Which again is a good thing, so long as you're aware of it and make any necessary adjustments to your hop schedule.
