Here's a picture of the first day in secondary, already bubbling (about every 10 seconds..)

I poured one cup at a time into my secondary, but I lost count at either 4 or 5.. so I poured in another 1/2 cup.. so I either ended up with 4-1/2 cups or 5-1/2 cups.. either way it looks really red and really delicious!

Do you use regular priming sugars before bottling with this? I didn't see it on the recipe. Ever tried Muntons Kreamy-X Primer for head retention?

it was done with regular priming sugar.

I used priming sugar too.

I tasted it before I bottled it.. it was VERY tangy.. but im excited to try it. 2-3 more weeks baby!

im pretty sure its the yeast that gives it the tart flavor im gonna try a differnt one next batch.

Yes! After 2 weeks in primary, I put another in the fridge, and tasted it..

Let me just say, if this were eBay, I would be writing something like.. "GREAT PRODUCT FAST SHIPPING WILL DO BUSINESS AGAIN A+++++++"

im glad you like the recipe. do you think its to tart or does it go just right with the watermelon flavor. your the second person i know to brew it other than me and both of you loved it. thanks for the compliment
