Okay, this is related to the other thread, but a slightly different topic.

Several have mentioned combining the LHBS with a premium Wine and Beer shop.

I of course have my favorites, but what are some brands of beer and wine that you love, but never seem to find anywhere?

I must admit that my knowledge of wine is elementary at best, so I am leaning in the direction of beer, though I am open to increasing my knowledge and profit potential.

I would think that if you could carry a very large selection and have the ability to price it competitively you will be set...

Fat Tire and Old Scratch seem harder to find around here than others. Figuring out ways to import micro brews from other metros might be a good idea, if at all legally possible.
