Glad to hear it went smoothly, and I think I need to make up another IPA since I can get hops for it now. That sounds like one to try.
In Primary: Belgium Chimay clones.
In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
