Hello I just wanted to share that my 3rd brew day went awesome. It was a Edwort IPA and I think it will be my best brew yet. I had some questions as the brew day got underway and I have to thank Mr. Edwort for answering all my questions as I went. I posted a bunch of pictures of my day in the photos section of the forum if anyone wants to have a look. With each brew I fall more in love with this hobby.
Primary: Empty

Bottled: Janet's Brown, Session Dry Stout, Yellow Fly Cream Ale

Glad to hear it went smoothly, and I think I need to make up another IPA since I can get hops for it now. That sounds like one to try.
In Primary: Belgium Chimay clones.
In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
Bottles: Far, far, too many to list.
