Default Transfer to CFC

So, I built myself a counterflow wort chiller (see diy section) and I was wondering - How do you get that near boiling wort into the chiller ???

Bulkhead drain in the kettle or metal racking cane will connect to the CFC with some thermoplastic or silicone tubing. Please don't use cheap vinyl tubing. You're asking for trouble.
