You Sir, have much more patience than I do, but I think keeping them away from your normal domicile would help.

Bringing this back from the dead. Opened a bottle tonight, its sour and has good color...but this was definitely a weird experiment

Primary: Belgian Triple Braggot (6gallons), Lambic Braggot (6gallons), Habanero melomel(6gallons)

Secondary: Peach melomel (5 Gallons)

It seems like a FOX TV Show when a mead maker moves in with an AG brewer....They end up with **** like Lambic Braggot.

Hey Lambic mead buddy! My first Lambic mead will be 2 years old in May. But there's not much of that left so I must be careful to save it.
