This is going to be my first AG and I am going to do a cream ale for my SWMBO.

Here is the recipe. Thanks

Remember to use two batch sparges of equal volume to get all that good sugar out.

The double batch sparge has given me 75% efficiency on my first three AG batches. I can't complain about that.
