I don't know if this has been posted in other threads, I did a search and could not find anything.

Anyway, my uncle picked this book up for me and I am only in the second chapter, but this is a very interesting read. It is clear that the author did the research and compiled it in a very readable way.

Yep, I've read it, loved it and posted a lot of info from it, mostly in the threads about anheiser busch.

It's a great read! And it dispells a lot of the myths that we "beer snobs" hold so dear.

Her blogs are great too. In a lot of ways the blog takes the book up to the present time, and also adds some histories of other breweries she only mentioned briefly...so it's like an extension of the book.

I gotta tell ya, just between us girls, that Revvy is HOT. Very tall, gorgeous grey hair and a terrific smile. He's very good looking in person, with a charismatic personality... he drives like a ****ing maniac! - YooperBrew
