OK....We're looking for a different supplier.
These things were $25 last summer, they are $147 now.

Guess I'll be ordering from the online suppliers.

Thanks to HomeBrew and Bio Diesel. Too bad. For $25 I would have jumped on board. To date, I have had no real interest in a conical. Mostly cause I'd have to change my setups (upright fridge for cooling etc..).

I'd be interested in how you have that setup, I almost ordered one of those awhile back. I got skittish about getting it working and got carboys instead, which is a pain.

I really liked glass carboys... except they are so hard to clean.

4 40 gallons.? wow man.. that is awesome.!! what is your boil pot size.?

I hear ya.. once you go Conical, carboys are just a thing of that past. no racking into secondary.. Just pore your wort in and bleed off some yeast every 4 days and on the 22nd day bottle or keg and done.. easy to clean and just a hell of alot less hassle..

So i picked up this 8 gallon Uni tank last night from a friend who never used it.. got it for 180 bucks.. that makes three of these 8 gallon uni tanks i have now.. plus the 15 gal, and i'm ordering one more next week.. Wooo Hoo..lol.

I should be brewing in the 15 in the next two weeks.. I'll post up how everything goes..

I'm not sure if I'm drooling, or just choking on beer looking at this porn.
issack - If you ever see any good deals with shipping out here, please let me know. I'm kind of tire of being shafted without being kissed first.

I think I would have bought one last night if shipping wasn't ridiculous. Would it be cheaper if a few people from Utah ordered 1-2 each then we split up shipping? Oh, that would mean I would need friends that brew in Utah. Also, where do you find a 20 gallon Kettle? I don't think that would even fit on my burner. How do you lift 20 gallons of boiling wort? mmm... maybe I like 5 gallon brews for now... But someday.
