Default How long is to long [to harvest]

I keeping checking and I just don't think that they meet the requirements that I read about to be ready.

My question, is there a sign that you waited to long besides the actual wilting?

When someone else harvests them for you.

This site recommends waiting until they get a bit lighter and the leaves start to brown.
