This is my first recipe from scratch, and I was aiming for a light bodied and balanced NA wheat beer that my wife would enjoy. After 2 weeks in primary, 2 weeks in secondary and 1 week in the keg this wheat is very drinkable and balanced. There is a slight bitterness, but is not very noticeable. As you would expect from a wheat beer, there is a good white head with fair lacing. Hop aroma is minimal. I knew I had hit the mark when I my wife tried it and said "It's just right, not to sweet and not to bitter!".
