I gave some Apfelwein to a friend who makes wine. She loved it, can you believe that?!!?
So I gave her the recipe to try. She wants the same carbing that I had, I used 4 oz corn sugar, but she asked if she can bottle using regular corks or does she need champagne corks. I have no idea! I just bottled like I would normally do a brew. Anybody have an idea or opinion?
