Default Extract VS Mini-Mash?

ok so what is the difference from extract to mini-mash? what all do i have to do different? do i need additional equipment besides the mesh bag??? thanks

No worries, just those kind of posts take a lot of effort to break down the step-by-step and I dont people dont post that kind of detail often
