Yeah, you can. 95% of the Belgian dubbels I've tried have had standard crown caps on. As far as I'm aware, the cap vs cork thing is purely aesthetic. Though I have heard people saying that you should be careful when bottling Belgians to make sure you use bottles strong enough to take the extra carbonation. Apparently some standard beer bottles aren't necessarily able to withstand the additional pressure.
