Another one in the books! It was a decent brew day overall. This should be a nice session ale, just like I wanted.

I've got two bags sitting in the freezer. A few more batts of insulation and some drywall in the brewery & I'll be clear to brew.

On another note...as a moderator isn't there some unwritten rule that you must brew more often?
