Does anybody have a really good AG wit recipe? Been thinking about a Chuck's Hoegaarten clone & Jamil Z's Wittbrew recipe....

I used 3 lbs flaked wheat by mistake, and it matured in the bottle after 3 months. Let me just say, this beer is amazing! I didn't like it at first, but the longer it aged, the more I fell in love.

As the saying goes, your last bottle is the best. So true.
