Final Gravity: 1.015   
IBU: 42.2   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: 6.8   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 14 days @ 60F   
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days @ 35F   
Tasting Notes: Variation of Edwort's Famous Haus Ale, but as a California Common style Ale   

9.0 lbs 2-Row Brewers Malt
2.0 lbs American Vienna
0.5 lbs American Caramel 20L
1 oz Nuggett (8.5%) - added during boil, boiled 60.0 min
0.5 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 30.0 min
0.25 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 15.0 min
0.25 oz Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 5.0 min
Saflager S-23

I use my home-grown whole hops when available. OK to substitute Amarillo, Galena or other clean bittering hop for the 60 minute addition.
