Hi, if anyone's been keeping track, I was planning to do an all-grain double wit but I realized that brewing it while I still had the last all extract version still fermenting would be kind of stupid. So I figured a good fruit beer would be kind of nice. I averaged a bunch of fruit beer recipes off and ended up with this mess:

1 3/4 lbs 2-row
1 2/4 lbs Wheat LME
1 lbs Wheat malt
1 lbs Light LME
3/4 lbs Honey
2/4 lbs Wheat DME
1/4 lbs Extra Light DME
1/4 lbs amber dme
1/4 lbs amber lme

Which I tried to simplify to all-grain:

3.5 lbs Pale 2-Row
1 lb Carapils
3.5 lbs Wheat Malt
0.75 lbs Honey
3 oz Crystal 60L

Do that look right? Maybe if someone has beersmith they could check it for me? Thanks...

Okay, I just aquired BeerSmith to do the conversion, how does this recipe look?

-Peach Ale-

5.25 lbs 2-row
2 lbs Wheat malt
0.5 lbs crystal 40L
0.75 honey

0.5 oz goldings @ 10 mins
0.5 oz goldings @ 1 min

1 oz peach flavoring

5 lbs peaches in secondary

California Ale Yeast

Not much hops at all I know, but the fruit and hops in fruit beers always clashed to me, so I just left some for aroma.

You will not get much sugars from the fruit, a little light and sweet for me but depending on where your at it looks like a great beer. Great for a nice hot day for the ladies for certain.
In Primary: Belgium Chimay clones.
In Secondary: Braggot, pale ale, end of the world white.
Conditioning: Mead, Cider, braggot, Belgium Wheat.
On Tap: Clones, Chimay Blue, Red, Porter, malted cider.
Bottles: Far, far, too many to list.
