Default Imperial IPA grilled onions

So I just grilled some onions and put some imperial IPA in with them, Fricken awesome on a good hotdog!!

Schlonghammer Ales
It tastes.......more fuller
I'm working as a pro now, but that doesn't mean I'm not still homebrewing. I'm going to see if I can homebrew at work as a way to develop new recipes.

tasty, try adding a small amount of garlic to caramelize with the onion before the stout addition. Heavenly.
