Default Vanguard Hops

What do you think of Vanguard for a substitute for Tettnanger and Hallertau in EdWort’s Oktoberfest and Kolsch recipes? Both are available for a price, but I can get a pound of Vanguard if it will work. Any other places you’ve used Vanguard with success?

It's a nice sub for Saaz and even Tett. Not so sure about Hallertau.
