Greetings all. Decided to post this under the mead rather than beginner section. I started a 3 gallon batch of mead, though the recipe is for 1 gallon (forget the recipe, is supposed to be the bomb-proof newbie one with shoving oranges into the carboy). I tripled everything, as it made sense at the time. Now that I think about it, do I have to worry about putting in too much yeast? I figure I can just multiply and call it good, but I am asking here just to calm my mead-loving mind. Thanks all.

It's tough to put too much yeast in any form of homebrew, wine, cider or mead. Even pouring a batch onto the cake/trub from a previous batch isn't too much.
