I just kegged my first beer. Hooked up the CO2 tank that I got 2 days ago from the welding store, turned it on and nothing happend. No brief hiss with turn on, master gauge doesn't move. So I think maybe master is broke and open the reg a little I get up to 30PSI so I'm thinking all is well with a broken master. I get about 4 purges and it's refilling very slow, like ten seconds before it's back to 30. Then it won't get over 20.

It turns out that they gave me an empty bottle. There was still a little pressure, so the burst disk hasn't ruptured and I unwrapped the valve right before using. I'll go there tomarrow at work or Monday. They had better cooperate, because they Fed up my first kegging.

Mike
