So I may be able to get my hands on a cask used for wine making:
1 - Am I better off using whiskey barrels instead?
2 - Will a grape-stained barrel effect my beer
3 - How long should it ferment in a cask (Primary for a set duration or use it as a secondary?)
4 - Am I clear to bottle from the cask, rather then having to tap the keg?
