Skip the brown sugar and stick with whatever honey you have. If you can find some dark hone, substitute that for the buckwheat.

order the honey. You can get it from ebeehoney.com this time of year and it hasn't crystalized yet.

5 gal secondary: Strawberry Mead
1 gallon secondary: Blood orange Mead
1 gallon secondary: Grape Mead
On Tap: Blackberry Blonde Ale
On Tap: Apple/Cherry Hard Cider
