Looking for a link that will explain what to do since I do not have the room for all grain.

It's exactly the same as all grain except you're scaling down to the maximum preboil volume your kettle can handle and then adding enough Malt Extract to reach your desired OG once you topup. So... if you read up on all grain you're basically prepared for PM.

Use the search function for "partial mash" you'll find a ton of links...

Here's a thread I started on mini mashing. It is ideal for people like you who don't have the room for AG. It is a long thread but informative.
