Default BeerSmith - Adding items to Inventory

Maybe I'm just having a major brainfart, but I can't seem to find a way to add an item directly into inventory unless it's already in the shopping list.

Adding it from the shopping list is a nice feature to have, but if you have 30 lbs of 2 row in your shopping list and you buy a 50# sack you want all 50# to show up in inventory.

Doubleclick on the particular grain in the Grain view and you can input the amount in your inventory (as well as other variables). All items work this way. Any non-zero inventory amounts show up in your inventory view.
