Let me know how yours turns out in comparison to the real deal. Which version are you doing as I have seen 2 different ones online?

Kegged it last night. The hydro sample tasted pretty good. Though my FG pooped out at 1.020 instead of 1.012

My finishing gravity was also a bit high. Even though I messed up the hop schedule mine turned out pretty good considering it was a clone. I for sure want to try this clone again. Cheers!

This one turned out pretty damn well. I need to pick up some Dale's to do a side by side comparison, but just going from what I remember it's seems pretty close.

I think the recipe ingrediant wise is spot on- it is just a matter of hitting the gravities and temperatures. This beer is on my to do list again for sure.

I scaled back the recipe for a 5 gallon batch. I'll be using:

8# Maris Otter
3# Munich
0.75# Crystal 60L

Scaled the hops back as well. I'm hoping to brew this up tonight.

Anybody have any suggestions for priming this? Dale's seems pretty lightly carbed, but I don't want to underdo it.
