Is this the Dale's of Oskar Blues fame? If so, looks good! I just had a 6-pk a couple weeks ago and it was delicious, resiny and full of that great Centennial "punch".

Dale's Pale Ale is delicious. Is this a clone? Side note: Oskar Blues brewery has the most awesome retro arcade ever.

Awesome! Spot on Dale's

Its a bit on the big side for me when it comes to pales, but this beer matures nicely after a month in the keg. Give it a shot

There are 2 recipes in this thread...which one have people brewed? Let's call the one posted originally "Recipe 1" and the next one posted "Recipe 2". Reason I ask is because the ingredients (specifically the grain bill and the hops--whole vs pellet) are different between the 2 recipes.

Love this beer...I'd like to hear opinions on both recipes so I can get a starting point. Thanks much!

It was almost spot on when compared side-by-side with the original. The finish was a little off, maybe due to slight under-carbonation. Good reviews from those who've tried it. I will definitely make it again and in a much larger batch. Sláinte
