Default Anyone have a clone recipe for Troegs Sunshine Pilsner?

Im looking for a recipe for Troegs Sunshine Pilsner. I tend to not like pils. but man they just knocked it out of the part. Its super crisp with a great citrus taste and nose. Thanks

They do a great job giving you most all the info you need right on the website:

http://www.troegs.com/beers_sunshine.htm

Sunshine PilsŪ
Alcohol by Volume: 5.3%
Hop Bitterness (IBU's) : 45
Color (SRM) : Straw/ Golden
Availability: Seasonal
Malts: Pilsner, Crystal
Hops: Saaz, Mitt. Hallertau
Yeast: Lager

TASTING NOTES
Hop fans rejoice! Sunshine Pils combines the crisp taste of European style pilsners with a kicked-up hop character to create a balanced, refreshing seasonal beer. Golden in color with a fluffy white head, Sunshine Pils is the perfect beer for Summer.

I have a christmas brew in the works based off their Mad Elf info from the site.

What type of liquid yeast would be best for this recipe?
And would dry hopping be necessary?

An even bigger bump I want to attempt a clone next year, given the lager yeast, right now I am a super noob, and want to know whether you brew this as a lager or could you attempt as a ale?
