I am thinking about giving the DFH 90 clone a shot and found some references to a BYO recipe from a few years ago. In terms of the grain bill the recipe calls for a pilsner malt, but no specific brand. Before dropping the bucks on 16.5 lbs of the stuff has anyone tried this recipe and is this (http://www.austinhomebrew.com/produc...products_id=84
