one of my fav beers is brooklyn lager. it says something about its an all-malt. what does that mean?

I assume that it means they don't use adjuncts like corn or rice?
Primary - Prehopped Export Stout Kit
Primary - Ed's Apfelwein
Bottled - Amarillo Pale Ale kit from Midwest
