Hey guys...just thinking about brewing a sweet chocolate stout this weekend...do you guys have any preferences when making sweet stouts??
This is my first one and I am not sure exactly how to shape the recipe!
Here is just a rough outline...
7# 2 Row
(1# Belgian Biscuit) OR (2# flaked Wheat)
1# Caramel 30L
1# Caramel 60L
1# British Chocolate
0.75oz - 1oz Cascade @ 60 min
