11 lbs ea. of Galena, Palisade, Mt. Hood, Glacier and Hallertau Tradition.

Now I need to go back to my recipe files and figure out how to adjust recipes for these varieties.

Any input or recipe suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Oh, so that explains the boxes of hops in my wife's closet. I was worried she was brewing behind my back.

Scary thing is that you could have bought 250+ lbs 2 years ago for what those cost you this year. Can you start growing hops on the roof of the pub?

Well, if you tell us what you were using, we can probably suggest changes.
