I'm preparing to brew my 1st pilsner this weekend. Does anyone have a recipe for Ithaca Pils? It's from the Ithaca Beer Co. (Ithaca, NY). I had a couple a few months ago. Very Good! I'm am normally a hophead but the Pils was fantastic. It had a very pronounced hop taste and aroma. Guess thats why I liked it. Anyone have some advice? Extract by the way.
